FactSet Sidebar in Excel adds context and transparency to your data by allowing you to easily view a breakdown of values, identify the data source, and access a definition behind a formula on the Detail tab. The enhanced Detail tab now allows you to launch overview reports for benchmarks, bonds, countries, and other entity types by clicking on the hyperlinked identifier. A different report will launch depending on the identifier specified. Utilize this functionality to easily get more information on the identifier you are analyzing right from Excel.
