Ms. Janette Shim is Regional Director of Sales & Relationship Management for Trading Solutions at FactSet, Singapore. She joined FactSet in 2017 and is currently responsible for the client coverage and relationship of FactSet's Trading Solution franchise in Asia Pacific. Prior, she held various roles based in Singapore and Hong Kong specializing and building businesses in electronic trading and transaction services. Her career in financial services technology spans across servicing buy- and sell-side clients on multi-asset class electronic execution, liquidity provisions via platforms and API, white label trading platforms, prime brokerage, post-trade processing, and trade lifecycle management services. Ms. Shim earned a bachelor's degree in Politics & International Relations from the Australian National University.
