Mr. Jason Pangretic is the Senior Director of Trading at FactSet. In this role, he is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and delivery of advanced trading solutions that support institutional clients across global markets. He drives the vision, roadmap, and execution of next-generation real-time portfolio solutions and Execution Management System (EMS) platforms. His leadership focuses on aligning product innovation with evolving market structure, enhancing trading workflows, and delivering scalable, data-driven solutions to clients. Prior to joining FactSet, Jason held a series of roles across trading technology, where he developed deep domain expertise working with both buy-side and sell-side institutions. During this time, he focused on identifying market opportunities, supporting trading desks, and helping firms optimize execution workflows through data-driven insights and emerging technologies.
