Mr. Michael Coronato is VP, Principal Content Manager at FactSet. In this role, he manages the company’s industry-leading activism and corporate governance content offerings. Since joining, he has led the research and collection of global activism campaigns, assisted in the expansion of the company's corporate governance data, and maintained the SharkWatch50 and Activism Defense League Tables. Most recently, Mr. Coronato developed FactSet's Activism Vulnerability product which uses machine learning artificial intelligence to highlight potential value-activism targets by analyzing relationships between key data, peer groups, and historical shareholder activist demands. Prior to FactSet, he spent over ten years at Morrow & Co. (now Morrow Sodali) where he advised on over 1,000 shareholder meetings and corporate transactions and over 50 proxy fights and contested situations, representing both corporate management teams and activist shareholders. Mr. Coronato earned a degree from the University of Maryland College Park.
