Siby Khader is Vice President and Director of FX Trading at FactSet, where he leads Product and Strategy for the firm's FX trading business. He is responsible for defining the product vision and strategic roadmap, driving innovation across FX trading solutions and partnering with clients, sales, engineering, and trading teams to deliver scalable, data-driven products that address evolving market needs. He also oversees product investment priorities, market positioning, and the execution of strategic initiatives that enhance client experience, operational efficiency, and business growth. Prior to his current role, Siby spent 14 years leading Client Implementations and New Business Onboarding, partnering with global clients to deliver complex trading technology solutions and drive successful platform adoption. He holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
