Transcript Assistant currently has approximately 4,000 active users.

You will see Transcript Assistant extract the most salient points from transcripts with users’ bespoke questions and pre-populated prompts. It uses natural language, similar to talking with a colleague.

The release of Transcript Assistant follows our December announcement of FactSet Mercury, the beta release of a Large Language Model-based knowledge agent to support junior banker workflows and enhance fact-based decision making.
