he FactSet Bank Loans Terms & Conditions database is one of the first fully comprehensive U.S. loan databases that allows for deep-dive analysis of a given credit agreement and its facilities. The database focuses on terms and conditions agreed to by all parties in syndicated loan transactions.

Sourced by SEC filings, data has been collected from over 30,000 documents including initial credit agreements, amendments, and restatements for approximately 14,000 facilities (securities), with over 1,000 credit agreements to be added each quarter.
 
FactSet Bank Loans unique data provides access to:                                           
  • Key bank loan metrics, including all terms, participants and roles, and commitment types and amounts.
  • Floating interest rate index options and redemption features that provide insight into the impact on forward trending spreads.
  • Covenant data that helps you identify and screen on specific covenant triggers. Negative covenants are captured on the FactSet Bank Loans database at the borrower, subsidiary, and parent/holding company levels.
