Filings 2.0 (Beta) is a fast and intuitive interface that allows you to quickly analyze company filings. This application provides the tools to enhance your company analysis making it easier to evaluate management direction, compensation practices, and much more.

Benefit from the following key enhancements in Filings 2.0:
  • Quick access to filing groups, such as annuals, prospectuses, and proxies
  • Powerful text searching with Boolean syntax
  • Output options for downloading to PDF, HTML, or Microsoft Word
  • Real-time EDGAR filings with FactSet Blackline reports
  • SEC red flag searches that help you identify which companies deserve a second look
In addition, Filings 2.0 offers a new document viewer with a multi-tab window and links to related content such as call and conference transcripts, and registration threads.
