The new Source of Capital report provides capital market sales transactions for a public company and the proceeds the company raised through those transactions. Capital market transactions include:

  • Initial public offerings (IPOs)
  • Follow-ons
  • Private placements
  • Bonds (active and inactive)
  • Loans
  • Revolvers
  • Preferreds

The report provides an aggregated view of the transactions grouped by reporting period and asset class, as well as a detailed look at the debt and equity issuance by transaction.
