Mr. Barrie Ingman is a Regulatory Advisor at FactSet. In this role, he is a qualified barrister, solicitor, and member of FactSet’s Regulatory Solutions group. He is responsible for designing regulatory solutions and advising on regulations across the globe. Mr. Ingman started his career at the FCA investigating and bringing cases of market abuse before spending the next 15 years working for several of the world’s largest investment banks across Europe and in the U.S. He has been published in several leading law journals on the topic of financial regulation with his most recent article on shadow banking regulation, published in the Journal of International Banking Law and Regulation, winning the 2018 Lombard Prize. Mr. Ingman earned a Master’s degree in Financial Regulation from King’s College London and most recently, his MBA from Cass Business School.
